Poinciana Boulevard Project
This project consists of an alternatives evaluation (Part 'A' of this Scope) followed by development of a design plans for construction (Part 'B' of this Scope) of Poinciana Boulevard from Pleasant Hill Road to Trafalgar Boulevard. The total project length is approximately 5.7 miles. Part 'A' of this scope involves the analysis of alternatives for the construction of a four lane divided roadway with multimodal accommodations, as determined in the alternatives study, associated drainage improvements and storm water ponds, modification of the signalized intersection at Pleasant Hill Road, upgrading the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and street lighting and landscaping considerations. There are no bridges or railroad crossings along the project. The design shall adhere to all applicable Federal, State and County regulations and be in accordance with the Florida Design Manual (FDM). There will be one Public Meeting during Part A and one Public Meeting during Part B.
