Partin Settlement Road Project

Project Details

The project includes the widening/reconstruction of the existing two-lane Partin Settlement Road from CR 525 (Neptune Road) to Lakeshore Boulevard to a four-lane roadway, for a distance of approximately 2.7-miles. A Part ‘A’ alternatives study was conducted to consider different alignments and Part ‘B’ included the design of a preferred alignment. The project includes construction of a four-lane divided roadway with multi-modal accommodations, associated drainage improvements and storm water ponds, modification of the signalized intersections at Neptune Road, Cross Prairie Parkway, US 192, and Lakeshore Boulevard, upgrading the Intelligent Transportation System, modification/replacement of double box bridge culvert over Fish Lake Canal, street lighting and landscaping considerations.
