Cyrils Drive Improvement Project
Project Details
Osceola County is working closely with Tavistock, the developers of Sunbridge, to design and construct a series of road improvements along Cyrils Drive. The improvement project, which is funded largely by development fees, is split into five different segments, as the map above depicts. Construction on intersection improvements at Narcoossee Road and Cyrils Drive is complete. The design phase to widen Cyrils Drive from Narcoossee Road to Absher Road from two lanes to four lanes, is also complete with right-of-way acquisition activities expected to finalize soon. Construction on this segment, a rendering of which is pictured below, is anticipated to begin in Spring 2024 and will include sidewalks, bicycle accommodations, curb and gutter and drainage improvements. Construction on Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the Cyrils Drive improvements has been completed. Phases 1, 2 and 3 are all located within the Sunbridge development community.
