BCC Regular Meeting

If you would like to address the Board, provide written comments, or submit documents for the record on an item listed on the Agenda, Request to Speak/Submit Comments/Documents forms must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Final meeting agendas and Request to Speak registrations will be published by midnight the Wednesday prior to the meeting.

For Consent/Public Hearing and Public Hearing Items (including quasi-judicial items), Request to Speak forms may be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting or completed in writing up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. The online registration form is available on the individual meeting page.

If you are unable to submit a form online or in person, you may leave a message to register or submit comments by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. The phone number for submitting comments will be available on the individual meeting’s webpage once the form and meeting agenda are available. 

Public Comment Meetings

Public Comment Meetings are held to allow for public comment on any topic, excluding pending or scheduled quasi-judicial items. To register to speak, you must submit a Public Comment Request form online by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. If you do not have access to a computer, the phone number for submitting comments will be available on the individual meeting’s webpage once the form and meeting agenda are posted. Messages left on our dedicated voice mail line must also be received by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Submissions should include your name, address, and topic you would like to address. If no speakers are registered by the deadline, the Public Comment Meeting will be canceled.

Per the policy of the County, the Agendas, and registration to request to speak, for Board of County Commission meetings schedules for the Fiscal Year, final meeting agendas and Request to Speak registrations will be published by midnight the Wednesday prior to the Board meeting
