Report a Road Problem

Use our Citizen Action Center to report non-emergency work requests for County maintained roads and drainage systems. If your request is a road hazard that needs immediate attention, please call (407) 742-7500. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

 

How-To

Step 1.Go to the Citizen Action Center

Open the Citizen Action Center

Step 2.Create a Request

Click the Requests button at the center bottom of the screen, and then select Create a request.

Step 3.Login or Create an account

If you already have an account, please login. If you don't already have an account, you must create one.

Step 4.Submit report details

After you log in, complete the details for your road problem report.

Select a report type

For Report Type, choose Report a road problem.

Continue completing the necessary details and click Submit.

You will receive updates on your report through the portal & by email.
