Building and Permits

IMPORTANT:  Effective January 1, 2026, the Community Development Office will no longer accept cash payments. The office will accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple and Google Pay, money orders, and cashier or personal checks.

Our Building Office protects the health and safety of the public by administering and enforcing various building codes and technical standards while preparing for the future growth of Osceola County. We strive to provide the best possible building permit service to our citizens and builders.
