Take the First Step Toward Resolving Your Warrant 

Safe Surrender is an opportunity for U.S. Citizens with outstanding non-violent misdemeanor or traffic Osceola County warrants to safely turn themselves in and have their warrants reviewed and potentially resolved instead of being arrested. 

Eligibility: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must be an Osceola County warrant. 
  • Non-violent misdemeanor or traffic offenses, including Violation of Probation (VOP). 

**Domestic Violence and Battery offenses are NOT eligible to participate in this event. 

***This operation is NOT an amnesty program. This event offers a safe and structured way to address eligible warrants and begin resolving legal matters. 

****Bring a valid photo ID and NO weapons, drugs, or children allowed.
