Indian Point receives dedicated stormwater management through the maintenance of ponds (431, 432, 433, 859) to ensure efficient water retention and drainage. The Osceola County Special Assessments Office also oversees vendor contracts for mowing and aquatics services, keeping the stormwater systems functioning properly.

  • Monthly Mowing Services: Regularly scheduled lawn and landscape maintenance to keep community areas well-groomed and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Monthly Aquatic Management Services: Routine Pond and waterway maintenance to ensure healthy water quality, control vegetation, and support effective stormwater management.

 

Recently Completed Projects

  • Tree Maintenance Project: Performed scheduled tree maintenance across multiple areas, including trimming and removal of overgrown or hazardous trees to enhance safety and landscape aesthetics.
  • Pond 431 Aeration System Installation: Installed a new aeration system to improve water circulation, enhance water quality, and support the stormwater management function of the pond.
