Pebble Pointe benefits from oversight of stormwater ponds (517, 518, 519) and a dry retention area (236) to enhance drainage efficiency. The Osceola County Special Assessments Office oversees vendor contracts for mowing and aquatics management to support long-term infrastructure stability.

  • Monthly Aquatic Management Services: Routine Pond and waterway maintenance to ensure healthy water quality, control vegetation, and support effective stormwater management.

 

Recently Completed Projects

  • Comprehensive Tree Maintenance Project: Conducted tree trimming, removal of hazardous trees, and general upkeep across all ponds, surrounding areas, and ditches to improve safety and maintain a well-balanced landscape.
