Notice of 15-Day Comment Period and Public Hearing for a HOME-ARP Substantial Amendment to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan
Osceola County is proposing a Substantial Amendment to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan to reallocate HOME-ARP funding. The reallocation will move funds from the administrative set-aside to supportive services to better serve the housing and service needs of vulnerable, qualifying populations.
The proposed amendment involves the reallocation of $334,698.60 in HOME-ARP funds from the administrative category to supportive services project.
The reallocation is intended to enhance the effectiveness of the HOME-ARP program and better address the needs of the homeless and at-risk populations in Osceola County.
Summary of Proposed Amendments:

Comment Period: The County will hold a public hearing to provide residents with an opportunity to comment on these proposal amendments. The details of the public hearing are as follows:
