Infrastructure Repair Program
Osceola County is proposing to use federal grant funding to support critical infrastructure improvements in the Buenaventura Lakes area. As part of the Infrastructure Repair Program, the Buenaventura Lakes Pipelining Project will involve lining existing drainage pipes in the secondary drainage system. This effort is aimed at improving stormwater flow to nearby stormwater ponds, thereby reducing the risk of flooding and enhancing the community’s stormwater management system.
The project will be funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. The funding is administered by the Florida Department of Commerce.
