Cyrils Drive Traffic Shift Scheduled for Monday, April 14

On Sunday night, April 13, crews will begin preparations to shift Cyrils Drive traffic onto the newly constructed roadway south of the median, with the transition scheduled to be in place by 6 a.m. on Monday, April 14. Both westbound and eastbound traffic will travel on this new alignment, allowing crews to begin removal of the old roadway and proceed with utility installation, grading, and paving north of the median.

While the roadway is now in its final configuration, please note that the final asphalt layer and permanent thermoplastic striping will be applied closer to the end of the project. Also, additional traffic shifts will be necessary as construction progresses.

Please be aware that the schedule may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to use caution in the area, as construction workers and equipment will be present. Noise, dust, and vibration are possible near active construction zones.
