Statement Regarding Arrest of County Employee

Osceola County, Florida – Earlier today, the County was made aware of an investigation into a Code Enforcement officer concerning allegations of misconduct. As with any investigation, the County cooperates fully with law enforcement inquiries and takes incidents such as these seriously.
The employee was taken into custody by Osceola County Sheriff’s Office without incident outside of the County Administration Building.
At this time, the employee is on administrative leave pending a predetermination hearing as is customary for any human resources matter.
The County has no further comment at this time.

Declaración Sobre la Detención de un Empleado del Condado Por Presunta Mala Conducta
Condado de Osceola, Florida – En el día de hoy, el condado ha sido informado de una investigación de una funcionaria del Departamento de Cumplimiento del Código en relación de acusaciones de mala conducta. Al igual que con cualquier investigación, el Condado coopera plenamente con las investigaciones de las fuerzas de seguridad y se toma en serio este tipo de incidentes.
La empleada fue puesta bajo custodia por la Oficina de Alguaciles del Condado de Osceola sin incidentes fuera del Edificio de Administración del Condado.
Actualmente, la empleada se encuentra en permiso administrativo, pendiente de una audiencia de determinación previa, como es de costumbre en cualquier asunto de recursos humanos.
