View and Request Records

Osceola Fire Rescue & EMS maintains a variety of records. According to state law, all non-exempt state, county, and municipal records are open for anyone to inspect or copy. If a public records request requires extensive information technology resources or significant clerical help, additional fees may apply.

For details on fees, see Appendix N - Administrative Fees on our Fee Resolutions page.

Property Records

Self search: To start researching a property or permit, create a free account at permits.osceola.org. Then, search by property address or parcel ID to check for environmental concerns, Fire Code violations, and Fire Inspection reports.

Make a request: Use our public records portal to submit an official request.

Incident Reports

Use our public records portal to request incident reports. Incident reports, which cover our response to fire or medical emergencies, typically include basic details like the type of incident, timeframe, and responding units. These reports typically do not contain sensitive medical data.

For CAD data and 911 call information, contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office through the Sheriff’s Office Records page.

EMS/Billing Records

Use our public records portal to request EMS or billing records.

Emergency Medical Services or billing records contain information protected by local, state, or federal law. To receive these records, you will be required to provide proof of ID, a signed release, and/or other legal documents.
