The Indian Point Recreation Area is a community recreational facility located within the Indian Point community in Kissimmee, Florida. The recreational complex and surrounding common areas provide residents with dedicated spaces for recreation and outdoor activities. The recreational facilities are maintained under the direction of the Indian Point Common Facilities District (CFD) Board of Supervisors.
The recreation area includes a community swimming pool and cabana, tennis courts, a children's playground, and landscaped common areas. The Indian Point community also includes four stormwater management ponds maintained through the Indian Point Subdivision Pond Municipal Service Benefit Unit. These ponds provide water retention and drainage for the community and receive regular mowing and aquatic management services.
Access to the Indian Point Recreational Complex is controlled for the use of eligible residents in accordance with community rules and access requirements.
