Development Applications

Step 1.Visit the GIS Data Portal

Go to gis.osceola.org and select the Planning & Zoning map. Direct link to the Planning & Zoning map.

Accept the disclaimer and click OK.

Step 2.View Developments

In the Layers list, checkmark the development applications you would like to view. You may need to scroll down the list to find the 'Applications' to select.

Abbreviation guide

• BOA – Board of Adjustment
• CDP – Comprehensive Development Plan
• CPA – Comprehensive Plan Amendment
• PD - Planned Development
• PRDV – Pre-application Meeting
• PS – Preliminary Subdivision
• SDP – Site Development Plan
• ZMA – Zoning Map Amendment

Click on a colored shape to view more details for that application.

Step 4.View Building Plans

To view building plans or application documents, go to www.docs.osceola.org/publicaccess/ and search the permit number. If files are available, they will display.
