NOTICE OF COMMUNITY MEETING

A community meeting is being held to provide information about CPA20-0009 & ZMA21-0024. These requests would amend the Future Land Use Map by changing approximately 6.41 acres from Rural Enclave (RE) to Neighborhood Center (NC) and amend the zoning may by changing 6.41 acres from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) to Neighborhood Center (NC) Zoning District. County staff from multiple departments will be available to answer questions in a workshop format.
