MXD 5&6 Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to continue the planning process for Mixed Use Districts (MXD) 5&6. Several meetings have already been held to develop a plan for this area. Meeting summaries can be found in the Mixed Use District 5 and 6 Conceptual Master Plan.
At this meeting we will be reviewing the proposed design scenario with area stakeholders. The proposed scenario was developed over the course of the last several meetings.
The next steps in this process are:
- Analyze the proposed scenario to develop plans for provision of services such as roads, schools, parks, fire stations
- Complete traffic and environmental analysis
- Finalize the Conceptual Master Plan and start the public hearing process
