The Osceola County Housing and Community Services Department is pleased to invite you to a Lender's Presentation on September 23, 2026, regarding updates to the SHIP Purchase Assistance Program. This is an in-person meeting only.
During this session, you can expect:
- An overview of the new method for accepting applications
- A walkthrough of the Neighborly Software
- Insights into the new assistance levels available to eligible participants
- A review of the updated income procedures for applicants
This presentation will be an excellent opportunity to learn about the program's recent changes and how they may impact your lending practices. We highly encourage your attendance to ensure you’re fully informed and prepared for the upcoming program updates.
