Development Review Office

Our Development Review office provides technical expertise and support for all development applications, as well as construction of infrastructure improvements.

Key services include:

• Guidance through development applications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Technical evaluation of Engineered Improvement Plans to ensure compliance with County codes for traffic, stormwater, and environmental systems
• Coordination with state and federal agencies for wetland impact reviews, erosion control compliance, and floodplain management under FEMA guidelines
• Guidance for pre-application meetings, including how to apply and prepare, along with Technical Review Committee meetings to clarify requirements and streamline projects
