Fleet Management

The Fleet Management Department oversees the maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of Osceola County’s vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities include

• Preventive and corrective maintenance for light and heavy-duty vehicles
• Compliance oversight with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support for emergency operations by maintaining readiness of critical response vehicles
