Our Planning and Design office ensures orderly growth and land development in line with the Comprehensive Plan.

Responsibilities

Implement and update Osceola County's Comprehensive Plan, our long-term development strategy
Assist with Comprehensive Plan Amendment requests and guidance
Provide development applications for proposed land use and zoning changes
Manage special planning initiatives
Respond to inquiries about zoning, permitted uses, and land use consistency
