The Zoning Office manages orderly growth and development through administration of the Osceola County Land Development Code.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Osceola County Land Development Code to regulate land use and development
- Determine zoning designations and permitted uses for properties
- Process applications for conditional uses, variances, planned developments, and zoning map amendments
- Review and issue permits for temporary signs, special events, seasonal sales, and tents
- Assist with home occupation permits and liquor license approvals
