Zoning Office

The Zoning Office manages orderly growth and development through administration of the Osceola County Land Development Code.

Responsibilities

Administer the Osceola County Land Development Code to regulate land use and development
Determine zoning designations and permitted uses for properties
Process applications for conditional uses, variances, planned developments, and zoning map amendments
Review and issue permits for temporary signs, special events, seasonal sales, and tents
Assist with home occupation permits and liquor license approvals
