In Indian Ridge, the Osceola County Special Assessments Office ensures that community amenities, including the pool, playground, and sports courts, are well-maintained. Our responsibilities extend to the upkeep of the irrigation system, park areas, and common spaces, in addition to managing dry ponds for stormwater control. We also oversee vendor and contractual work for mowing, cleaning, pool services, and aquatics maintenance.

- Pool Resurfacing: Scheduled renovations to restore and enhance the pool’s surface, improving durability and aesthetics.
- Phase 2 Tree Project: Maintenance and enhancement efforts, including the care of 140 trees and the removal of 11 hazardous or overgrown trees to improve safety and landscape quality.

- Monthly Mowing Services: Regularly scheduled lawn and landscape maintenance to keep community areas well-groomed and aesthetically pleasing.
