Windmill Point benefits from stormwater retention services, including the maintenance of ponds (133, 433, 483, 484, 558). The Osceola County Special Assessments Office also oversees vendor contracts for mowing and aquatics management to ensure ongoing maintenance of community infrastructure.

  • Monthly Mowing Services: Regularly scheduled lawn and landscape maintenance to keep community areas well-groomed and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Monthly Aquatic Management Services: Routine Pond and waterway maintenance to ensure healthy water quality, control vegetation, and support effective stormwater management.

 

Recently Completed Projects

  • Pond 484 Erosion Control Project: Successfully stabilized and reinforced the pond’s banks to prevent further erosion, ensuring long-term structural integrity and improved stormwater management.
  • Community-Wide Tree Maintenance Project: Conducted comprehensive tree maintenance across all ponds, including trimming, removal of hazardous trees, and routine upkeep to enhance safety and preserve the natural landscape.
