Osceola County Celebrates Grand Opening of Pinnacle at the Wesleyan Affordable Housing Community

Osceola County, Florida – The Osceola Board of County Commissioners, together with development partners Pinnacle Communities and Birdsong Housing Partners, as well as other community partners, proudly celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Pinnacle at the Wesleyan, a new 96-unit affordable housing community in Kissimmee.

Located at 4151 Wesley Creekside Drive, Pinnacle at the Wesleyan offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designed to provide families, seniors, and working individuals with safe, high-quality, and affordable homes. The community features modern amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, cyber lounge, outdoor playground, pickleball court, and direct access to the scenic Shingle Creek Trail.

The $4.5 million investment by Osceola County was joined by support from the City of Kissimmee, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Bank of America, and Neighborhood Lending Partners, underscoring the strong public-private collaboration behind the project.

“Affordable housing is one of the greatest needs in Osceola, and projects like this help hardworking families live where they work, raise their children with stability, and build brighter futures,” said Commissioner Viviana Janer, Chairwoman of the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. “Most of all, we value the residents who will make this their home. Their well-being is why we do this work, and their success is our success. Together, we’re opening doors to brighter futures and showing once again that Osceola County is proud to be first to what’s next.”

With easy access to U.S. 192, Lynx, SunRail, and a range of community-based services, Pinnacle at the Wesleyan offers a well-connected and affordable living option for Osceola’s growing workforce. Units will be available for occupancy beginning in summer 2025.

El Condado de Osceola Celebra la Gran Apertura de la Comunidad Asequible Pinnacle at theWesleyan 

Condado Osceola, Florida – La Junta de Comisionados del Condado de Osceola en conjunto con los desarrolladores de las Comunidades Pinnacle y los socios de Birdsong Housing, al igual que otros socios comunitarios, se enorgullecen en celebrar la gran apertura y el corte de cinta de Pinnacle at the Wesleyan, una nueva comunidad residencial de 96 unidades en Kissimmee.  

Localizado en el 4151 Wesley Creekside Drive, Pinnacle at the Wesleyan ofrece apartamentos de uno, dos y tres dormitorios diseñados para proveer a familias, adultos mayores y personas trabajadoras residencias seguras, de alta calidad y asequibles. La inversión de $4.5 Millones del Condado de Osceola se sumó al apoyo de la Ciudad de Kissimmee, la Corporación de Vivienda de Florida, Bank of América y Neighborhood Lending Partners, resaltando así la fuerte colaboración público-privada detrás de este proyecto.
