SPRING BREAK UPDATE:
Osceola County Partin Settlement Road Widening and Improvements Project

Illustration map of Remington and road work of Partin Settlement. The Partin Settlement Road project will continue this week during Spring Break and extend through next week, March 24-30. Starting today, crews will remove and replace the existing driveway at the Northeast Christian Church entrance. There will be a flagging operation to guide motorists at the entrance/exit. This work will continue through Friday. 

Crews will also rebuild the Remington Boulevard intersection next week. Drivers will have the ability to make left and right turns from Remmington Boulevard onto Partin Settlement Road. There will always be an open travel lane in both directions of Remmington Boulevard. 

Remington Boulevard Intersection Lane Closure Schedule 

Monday, March 24: The Remington Boulevard right turn lane onto Partin Settlement Road will be closed for reconstruction from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. The left turn lane will remain open during this time. 

Tuesday, March 25: The Remington Boulevard inside lanes at the community entrance will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The outside travel lanes in both directions on Remington Boulevard will remain open. 

Wednesday, March 26: The right turn lane from southbound Partin Settlement Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the left lane into the community will remain open.

Friday, March 28: The inside lane will be closed. One exit lane will remain open. 

Please note that the schedule above is subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to use caution near the area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Areas closest to the work site may experience vibrations, noise and dust resulting from construction activities.
