Public Notice: PD21-00001 The Oaks Community Workshop

A community workshop will be held May 12, 2022 regarding a major Planned Development Amendment PD21-00001. The workshop will provide information, answer questions, and provide opportunities for input on the proposed project.

A major Planned Development Amendment (PD21-00001 – The Oaks) application is under review by Osceola County. The request proposes to: 1. Allow for single-family, build to rent product adjacent to the existing multifamily condos; 2. Convert golf course to passive recreational/open space; 3. Add townhomes along Harris Drive; and 4. Provide for future development along John Young Parkway.
