Traffic Notice: Fortune Rd & Simpson Rd Intersection Improvements

A new traffic configuration on Simpson Road from Harbor Town Drive to Marisol Loop/Winners Circle, and Fortune Road from Lakeside Drive to La Fortuna Boulevard took effect yesterday, October 14. Newly constructed lanes designed to improve traffic flow through the intersection have opened.

This traffic pattern reflects the permanent design of the Simpson Road/Fortune Road intersection, with new pavement markings in place.

As crews complete final adjustments and punch list activities, temporary lane closures may occur on Simpson Road and Fortune Road within the project limits. Signage will be posted to inform drivers of any temporary lane closures or traffic pattern changes. Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen conditions.
