TRAFFIC ALERT NOTICE
Osceola County Fortune Road and Simpson Road
Intersection Safety Improvements Project
A new traffic configuration on Simpson Road from Fortune Road to Marisol Loop/Winners Circle will take effect beginning June 30. The traffic will be shifted to accommodate median construction. This traffic configuration will reflect the final design of the Simpson Road/Fortune Road intersection, including permanent paving markings.
As part of the safety project, new medians will restrict left turns in this area. Left turn access will be available at the Marisol Loop/Winners Circle intersection, the north Boggy Creek Office Condos Plaza (Carwash entrance), and at the Fortune Road intersection.
In order to complete final paving work, the south entrance to the Fifth Third Bank will be closed for approximately two weeks. Access to the parking lot will remain available via the plaza’s three other entry points.
Signage will be posted to inform drivers. Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen conditions.
