Upcoming Simpson Road Traffic Shift Planned

As part of the construction process to add lanes for the Simpson Rd Widening Improvement Projects North and South, southbound traffic will shift to the center lane to provide space for construction work. This new traffic pattern will be in effect from Royal Palm Drive to Marisol Loop/Winners Circle, starting between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Monday, April 14.

Following the traffic shift, left turns from Simpson Road in this area will only be permitted at existing and future signalized intersections. U-turns will be allowed at all intersections. The current left-turn access from northbound Simpson Road to the Plaza Drive south loop entrance will be removed.

Signage will be in place to guide drivers along the designated route. Access to parking lots and businesses will remain available. Please note that the schedule may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to exercise caution near the construction area, as workers and equipment will be active. Those near the work site may experience vibrations, noise, and dust due to construction activities.
