Parking & Civil Citations

Please be advised that:

  • If payment is not received within 30 days of the citation date the ticket will be scheduled for a court hearing and a Summons will be mailed 30 days prior to the court hearing.
  • If payment is received prior to the court date, the ticket will be closed, and court attendance is not mandatory.
  • If the citation is not paid there could be additional fees in the amount of $100 assessed.
  • If payment is not received within the time frame that the Hearing Officers sets, the ticket will be referred over to collections for further action. At that time, you will need to contact Penn Credit Collection Agency at 1-800-900-1380 for further assistance.

  • Parking/civil citations are different from traffic tickets. If you are trying to pay a traffic ticket, refer to the Clerk of Courts Traffic Division.

Payments cannot be made over the phone. 

Online

Step 1.Login to Permit Center

Go to permits.osceola.org & login, or create an account if you don't already have one. You can search citations without logging in, but must be logged in to pay.

Step 2.Search citation number and pay

  • Your citation number is located on the original ticket in the upper right corner, and will start with CC, WP, or WPTA.
  • Search the full citation number on permits.osceola.org. Example format: CC123456, WP123456, or WPTA123456.

It may take up to 24 hours for your citation to be entered into our system. If your search returns no result, please wait 24 hours and try again.

Search your citation number

You will be taken to your citation overview page. Click Payments > Fees. Then click View and Pay Fees.

Click the Continue Application button to continue to the payment screen.

By Mail

Step 1.Review the Citation

Check the details on your citation including the violation and fine amount.

Find your citation number by locating it on the original ticket in the upper right corner.

Step 2.Mail Payment
