Fantasy Heights DRI

The original Development Order for the Fantasy Heights DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 12, 1978. The DRI approval consisted of 906 single-family dwelling units, 630 multi-family dwelling units, and 25,000 SF of commercial use. The Fantasy Heights DRI was determined to be essentially built out (EBO) in December 2005.
