The Oaks DRI

The Oaks DRI was originally approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 14, 1998. The City of Kissimmee annexed a portion of the DRI on January 9, 2001. Development in Osceola County consists of 308 single family and 116 multi-family residential units and a portion of the golf course. The DRI has been amended and buildout date was April 18, 2013. The County is currently processing a DRI abandonment as well as a PD amendment.
