Raintree Park receives comprehensive maintenance services through the Osceola County Special Assessments Office, including pond management (521, 574, 585, 584), playground area and equipment upkeep, irrigation system maintenance, and cleaning services. We also manage vendor contracts for mowing and aquatics management to support overall community cleanliness and stormwater retention.
