PD District (Planned Development)

A Planned Development (PD) is a special purpose district designed to create high-quality, integrated communities through flexible design and development. PDs aim to promote efficient land use, provide amenities, and ensure compatibility with the surrounding environment. They often include a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
