Corrections and Jail Services

Effective January 15, 2026

The Osceola County Corrections Department is updating its practice regarding attorney use of electronic devices such as laptops and iPads inside of the secure confines of the facility. Non-Corrections Department equipment such as laptops or iPads will no longer be authorized.

Moving forward, all attorneys who need a laptop or iPad for their work or interviews with inmates will be required to sign out a Corrections Department-issued iPad. These devices will be available at the designated check-in area and must be returned before departing the facility.
