Bella Tara DCI

The Bella Tara Development of County Impact Planned Development was planned as a one phase project, with a build-out date of 2014. It includes 1,740 mixed residential dwelling units with a variety of product types and prices which included 1,290 single-family dwelling units including one existing home site and 450 multi-family dwelling units on a total of 655.9 acres. This project was approved by the Osceola Board of County Commissioners on March 30, 2009. This development order expired on March 23, 2014. The property has a Future Land Use and Zoning Designation of Mixed Use and is part of the East of Lake Toho (ELT) Conceptual Master Plan (CMP).
