Stoneybrook South DRI
The Stoneybrook South DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on February 28, 2005. The current buildout date is 2028. The project is approved for 900 multi-family units, 1,010 townhomes/condominiums, 1,744 single family residential units, a golf course, and a school site. The total project size is approximately 899 acres.
