Edgewater DRI
The Edgewater Development of Regional Impact is a mixed-use development of approximately 2972.0 acres. The development includes: a maximum of 7,000 single and multi-family residential units and 507,000 SF of retail services to include a mixed-use community center. The Edgewater DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on July 21, 2008. This DRI expired on July 21, 2017. The property has a Future Land Use and Zoning Designation of Mixed Use and is part of the East of Lake Toho (ELT) Conceptual Master Plan (CMP).
