Lindfields DRI

The Lindfields Development of Regional Impact was previously approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 9, 1980. The development program includes: a 780 single- family residential units; 680 multi-family residential units; 120,000 SF of retail-service center and 500 hotel/motel rooms on approximately 358.2 acres. On September 21, 2015 the BCC determined that the DRI was essentially built out (EBO) by resolution 2015-073R.
