Bellalago DRI

The Bellalago Planned Development was first approved as a DRI by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on October 21, 2002 and the DRI was rescinded October 20, 2014 by Resolution 2014-085R. The planned development is approved for 2,061 single family dwelling units, 515 multi-family dwelling units, 237,439 SF of commercial retail/service area, and a clubhouse and social center. A total of 248.7 acres are devoted to community parks, clubhouse and social center, and recreational lakes.
