Mystic Dunes DRI

The Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club DRI was first approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioner in December of 1990 under the project name of the World Golf and Tennis DRI. This DRI was rescinded by the BCC on December 12, 2016, by Resolution 2016-193R. The property is regulated as a Planned Development (PD).
