Rolling Oaks (f.k.a. CTS Investments) DRI

The CTS Investments Development of Regional Impact was originally approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 17, 1997. The DRI was rescinded on July 21, 2014 by Resolution 14-061R. On July 21, 2014, a portion of the property was rezoned from Planned Development to Commercial Tourist with a project name of Rolling Oaks. The property is regulated as a Commercial Tourist (CT) zoning district (ZMA14-0085). The remaining portion is implemented through PD18-00016.
